Resource Activities: Resource Planning/Selection / Ordering of needed resources in perspective with cost and quality, arrangements and support of candidate interviews together with technical focal, analysis and coordination of A380 Training requirements, coordination of skill assessment activities and measures for re-deployment and re-structuring, KPI reporting
Controlling & Performance activities: Preparation of monthly and weekly reports concerning project activities, controlling of KPI´s absence records, sales and cost rate. Provide weekly Business Object reports of spent hours, provide team analysis of spent versus budgeted hours, monitor delivered hours, create EVA analysis for specific Head of Version, managing paperwork associated with contracts, programs, supplier, project such as POA (protocol of acceptance), invoices, delivery sheets
