Company: Specialized Oil Services (WLL) Contractor Client: QATAR PETROLEUM DUKHAN ONSHORE Inclusive Dates: 29 September 2007 - Present Duties:1. Site Safety officer of the Well Site of Qatar Petroleum from Dukhan- Diyab Concession Area.2. Responsible for implementation ensuring compliance with the International Standards of Company's rules and regulation, safety control monitoring.3. Attends meeting, dealing with HSE matters to Clients / Supervisors, and camp HSE meeting.4. Daily visit on well site and inspection as per work program of the client.5. Prepared and check of Gas Detectors / Gas Monitors and Self-contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA) before distributing to the workers and ensure all safety equipments are provided and properly functioning and record keeping.6. Advice management on ways to prevent Fire / Emergency, injury of personnel, damage to property and equipment.7. Prepared and develop ways to improve existing work methods, legal and contractual requirements affecting safety, health and environment.8. Maintain Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to personnel and enforcing monitors of potential hazards on site and changes of safety requirements as per client's regulations.9. Supervised HSE by giving daily advice and held tool box talks before going to the site.10. Review and understand the work requirements of scheduled assigned task of men as per client's daily program. 11. Prepared report of unsafe conditions / spot unsafe methods and corrective actions taken. 12. Keep records of all incident reports and safety statistical records. 13. Maintained Fire Equipments in good serviceable condition and make requisitions. 14. Conduct safety induction course to a new staff before start of work in respective work assignment. 15. Regular submission of HSE i.e. Monthly training report and incident report to the client. Language Spoken: Filipino, English Special Skills: Computer Literate
