Primary Responsibility: Training & Development
• Identify training and development needs within an organisation through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business managers and human resources departments
• Design and expand training and development programmes based on the needs of the organisation and the individual
• Implement the training programme
• Work in a team to produce programmes that are satisfactory to all relevant parties
• Consider the costs of planned programmes and keep within budgets
• Develop effective induction programmes for new staff
• Monitor and review the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers
• Devise individual learning plans
• Produce training materials for in-house courses
• Design and deliver training modules in house (examples: Time management, communication skills, conflict management, Metals Heath, etc)
• Evaluate training and development programmes
• Oversee implementation of blue collar - Trades Trainings
• Guidance and follow up on performance management of employees
• Liaise with local universities for Internship opportunity and follow up on students learning plan
Secondary Responsibilities: General HR
• Perform other responsibilities in support of the HRM including employee recruitment (white and blue collar workers) job and compensation analysis, labour and employee relations, drafting policies, negotiations and records management
• Produce and deliver standard (monthly, quarterly, and annual) and customized HR reports to Management
• Coordinate and participate in preparing and developing the HR policies and procedures
• Monitor the maintenance of confidential personnel records for the employees including documentation of appointments, transfers, salary and other related documents
• Actively associated with guidance and counselling of blue collars specially with regards to their Mental health.
• Process Rewards and Recognition entitlement
Responsibilities: Personnel Management
• Develop, review policies and implement policies for effective management of available human resources and development of human capital across the division
• Manage all employees’ personnel files and records which includes the following but not limited to:
Monitor employees Leave Application
Facilitate in the requirement of training of employees
Prepare quarterly reports
Assist in drafting confidential letters
• Assist in handling Grievances - Responding to employees and labors inquiries on issues related to Pay roll, policies, procedures, and vacations and ensuring their grievances are timely resolved
• Assist in issues relating to disciplinary policies and actions, collecting necessary information, issuance of warning letters, conducting enquiries
Providing HR support to HR department.
Making necessary arrangement for screening resumes, recruiting and interviewing.
Maintaining HR Files, personnel database, updating staff’s personal records, processing leave applications.
Providing full administrative support covering all departments, organising workshops / conferences, travel/hotel arrangements, transport arrangement, and managing day to day running of the office.
Arranging meetings, preparing minutes of the meeting.
To provide day to day accurate information, reports and analysis.
Preparing and outlay of the annual magazine, brochures and leaflets.
Assisting to achieve in short term:
Construction of 1000 intermediate shelters and toilets (Rain Water Harvesting Structures)
Restoration of livelihood-survey and collecting data

Job Responsibilities:
Assisting in all types of administrative works: typing, keeping records, arranging and keeping documents and providing information.
Handling the requirement of labor and allotting day to day work.
Arrangement of material required for the project.
On field supervision of the work.
Arranging meeting with the laborers.
Working in close association with the Government officials.
Responsible for planning, scheduling, checking of the work, material and labourers.
Responsible for safety norm being followed and taking action of any discrepancies.
Compiling weekly reports
