Project background: Capacity Levelling needed to be customised for Eastern Europe region.
•The planner needed to see the volume equivalent for the available capacity and resource consumption (in millions of cigarettes).
•Also they wanted to see the projected stock (per product and total) and also the projected stock duration (per product and total).
•Requirement was for a new sort method for capacity heuristics which is balanced, the orders would be levelled when sorted by order size in the ratio of the order size of the products.
•If no levelling was possible in forward or backward direction then the order would stay back in initial bucket.
•Grouping or ungrouping the planning buckets from weekly to monthly and vice versa and also use split weekly buckets

New alerts generated for sending of mail when levelling was done by factory planners. CIF queues were blocked for factory planners and could be processed only by MTP Planners.
