- Needs of business - Where are my KPI?,
- Demands of law - Did the VAT get computed right? and
- Requirements of accounting - Did we value the stock properly? Etc have to be balanced along with change management and process improvements
• Implemented (ERP) Finance Module in units at UK, USA, Singapore, Malaysia and across 5 countries in MENA region (Middle East North Africa).
• Understanding the entire value chain. Looking for process standardization, optimisation & re-engineering where needed.
