✓ Preparing Shipping documents such as Bill of Lading, Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, SASO, as per LPO, or L/C Requirements.
✓ Reviewing the L/C draft received from Customers and suggesting any amendments on it.
✓ Liaised with different Shipping Lines, Customs departments for documentations, foreign documents, Dubai chamber of Commerce, Dubai Port Authorities and U.A.E. Ministries.
Achievement: This project help me mastered all the organizational skills Administration, inventory control, productions, procurement/purchasing, accounting & documentation control.
