Got the opportunity to drive the Loyalty program for Sultan Center from the IT point
of view providing tools for business to better understand and improve customer
experience. Integrating with point-of-sale (POS) devices and leveraging data to
create a personalized experience based on profile information and shopping
behaviors to give customers what they want. Developed Oracle objects and Python
applications to ease store customer assistance.
Provided mobile applications to assist RMS, SIM in daily activities like return to
vendor, return to warehouse, Item scanning and stock take. In the given time span,
got the opportunity to learn and apply Python language to develop a system for the
Service Desk to cater to the Loyalty customers.

Programmed and delivered this project as a sole project owner developing
useful features for brands to view their consumer’s ratings and comments so
that they can use Service Hero as a source and personally review and interact
with their customer base. This website offers them features like flagging a
comment for future review among themselves as brand officers or responding
to the customer directly and resolving an open issue. This is now under
maintenance and further review for enhancements and consumer satisfaction

I was involved in developing the Account Opening module for our client
Citigroup Private Bank. This was the second phase of the project which was
targeted for our clients in Europe and Asia. This phase is still in progress.
My role in this is that I was a key developer for this module and developed many
functionalities using Jsps, EJBs, struts, JDBC, WebLogic. I was also involved with

at US and Latin American regions. Our Client was Citigroup Private Bank. I was
involved in the successful completion and implementation of this application in
the US. Along with this I was also responsible for creation and execution of test
plans, extensively involved in defect prevention for my module, and dealt with
deployment related problems in the environment. During the support period for
