Project Management and Project Controls:
1. Supervising entire cycle of the project management entailing requirement gathering and final execution of Boiler Package.
2. Finalizing requirements and project specifications with vendors, subcontractors and licensors.
3. Coordinating all the project procurement activities engineered in house or by vendor.
4. Reviewing all the project execution plans & advising project matrix members on the entire procurement aspects of the schedule.
5. Coordination with Engineering, Procurement & Construction.
6. Documenting delays and reasons causing Delays
7. Hold review meetings with the contractors as well as with site engineers to monitor the progress,
8. Identifying critical issues and analyzing the means of resolving the same along with holding meetings with the Contracts & Procurement team before awarding a job, after awarding the job (kick-off) and during the execution.

Project Control:
1. Preparation of the billing schedule and invoice in line with the contract requirement for Engineering, Procurement and Construction and Ensuring approval of invoices from PMC/Client
2. Hedge foreign currency to maintain healthy cash flows.
3. Preparation cash flow projections / budgets statements
4. Ensuring a smooth cash flow by co-ordinating with Client/PMC for payments by resolving all the queries/concerns raised by Client/PMC
5. Identification of extra items, preparation of rate analysis of those items & getting approval of extra items from client/consultant.
6. Preparation of comparative statement of claims vs certified bills.
7. Publish periodic reports/MIS to highlight the Cash Deficit and Cash surplus of the project to the higher management.
8. Preparation of cash flow forecast and updating the cash flows.
9. Identifying bottlenecks in the payment process like change orders variations and resolving the same with the co-ordination of Clients / PMCs and vendors
10. Efficiently managed FOREX transactions worth $ 20 Million.

Achievements
● Successfully completed the execution (complete project cycle) of the boiler package within 18 Months.
● Consistently met the target, set for invoicing, for the financial quarter.
● Negotiated successfully Closed out the boiler package execution with minimum expense on the post order changes.
● Handled invoices worth $ 200 Million involving four different currencies.

■ JERP
Coker complex is the largest in the world with a capacity of 160 KBPSD, with 8 Coke processing drums involving 70, 000 cum concreting, 15000 MT structural steel fabrication and erection upto elevation of 120.1 Meter, 12 lakh inch meter piping erection, 3.5 lac ID fabrication mostly alloy steel, 325 Equipment out of which 11 are heavy lifts and installation of 05 fired heaters. It is constructed beside the largest single stream Grass root refinery in the World in a Special Economic Zone

Achievements
● Played a pivotal role while working in construction team of JERP Coker, (which is the world's largest refinery) & became a part of the project
● Was rated as a top performer in the department for the year 2008 and 2009.
● Took Lead in coordinated piping and structural materials worth $ 200 Million for the World’s largest Coker Unit and reconciled the same with 38 Contractors involved in the project
● Efficiently avoided procurement worth $ 4 Million by substituting material available from design changes.
● Demonstrated high quality of professionalism & topped the GET batch of July - Aug 2006
