•Key Account Manager for various Government & Semi-Government Organizations from the Education, Banking & Financial, Oil and Gas, IT & Telecom sectors managing more than 1400 employees under my belt of operations.
•Develop various recruitment Strategies and have a thorough understanding of the recruitment methodologies and assessment tools.
•Review, Develop and Implement guidelines for the recruitment team.
•Head-Hunt for crucial vacancies that will involve the wise search methodologies pertaining to the high caliber recruitment.
•Conduct market study on the feasibility of projects.
•Release advertisements on a regular basis in Newspapers, web portals and build the database of resumes.
•Organize Recruitment Campaigns and devise the strategies for the successful implementation of the same.

•Complete the end to end procedures starting from offer letter to documentations, issuing labor card/visa, medical test, Emirates ID, visa stamping and hence mobilizing the employee.
•Supervise the on-boarding procedures and ensure employees are mobilized within the specified time frames.
•Interviewing the short-listed candidates and asses their suitability to the Job Requirements as given by the client.
•Coordinate for Interviews and ensure closure of the vacancy received.

•Contacting new companies and developing the clientele database.
