Ericsson Charging System

• Operation and Maintenance: Performing O&M of all Ericsson CS entities (AIR, SDP, CCN, OCC, EMM, OLM, CRS, ng-CRS, IVR, VS, MINSAT)
• Business Configuration: Configuration of new promotions and offers as per Marketing requirements. Offers such as Location-based charging, Voice/SMS/GPRS bundles, Usage-based bonus, Recharge-based bonus, Time-based charging etc.
• Integrations: Integrations within Charging System domain (i-e connectivity between SDP - CCN or SDP - AIR). Integrating Charging System with core network entities over SIGTRAN (i-e connectivity between SDP - STP, AIR - STP or CCN - STP)
• Upgrades: Performing ICP and EP upgrades on SDP, AIR, CCN and other Charging System entities upon release.
• Troubleshooting: Investigating and troubleshooting Charging and Network related issues via protocol traces on CCN/SDP/AIR.
• Redundancy implementation: Implementing Geographical Redundancy on all SDPs with a Disaster Recovery site in case of an emergency.
• Revenue Management: Handling queries from Revenue Assurance teams related to revenue leakage and providing feedback.
• Statistics Collection: Collecting traffic stats on CCN, SDP, AIR, OCC and VS.
• System Backup: Performing Backup and restore for all CS 5.0 nodes via tape as well as CBS.
• Acceptance Testing: Performing UAT for new IN features/services and providing support to the projects team with respect to new node installation & integration.
• Customer Complaint Handling: Providing last line of support for resolution of customer complaints.
• Third-party Integrations: Integration of 3rd party vendors with Charging System for various VAS services related to account recharge, content charging, daily or monthly deductions etc.
