- Establish the Office reporting system.
- Give Advice for the Contractor's Claims for Extension Of Time.
- Maintain the Office Quality Standards.
- Revise Contractor's Transmittals for projects under Construction Supervision such as:
• Contractor's Construction Schedule (CCS)
• Cost Loaded Schedule and Resources.
• Construction Method of Statement.
• Construction Schedule Updates and Progress Reports.
• Contractor’s Claims for Changes and Variation Orders.
- Prepare progress reports for the Client on Monthly basis.
- Study and Analyze time impacts for changes and variation orders.
- Prepare Schedules for Projects Under Design to Insure on Time Deliverable to the Client as per the Contract Requirements.
- Follow-up and updating Design Schedules and Recommend the proper actions.
- Follow up Payments for Projects under Design as per the Contract Provisions.

- Prepare Office Prequalification for Ministry of Public Works (MPW) and Public Authority for Housing Welfare (PAHW).
- Establish a Control System to Record/Monitor Productivity of Office Staff.
- Prepare Feasibility Studies for projects.
- Analyze Project Risks and warning the owner accordingly with appropriate recommendation.
- Managing Project consultant performance in accordance with the supervision contract.
- Managing contractor's performance in accordance with the contract agreement.
- Review and recommend to the owner all cost and time related Issues.
- Maintain the Owner's benefits by monitoring project budget and time variances.
- Chairing Project meetings and Follow up raised actions.
- Review, recommend and furnish Owner's necessary approvals for materials, textures and colors.
- Review and approve the following
• consultant's and contractor's project staff .
• Safety Program and project safety conditions and violations
• Payments for both project's contractor and consultant
• Insurance certificates and bank guarantees
• Contractor's time schedule
• Subcontractors Prequalifications
- Evaluate and formalize Instruction for variations, Variation Orders and time delays and extensions
- Prepare progress report to the owner on Monthly basis.
- Prepare the Detailed Contractor's Construction Schedule (CCS) and WBS, using a detailed network logic diagram with activities duration and resources allocation for the Packages under scope of work of KMC.
- Reviewing and Managing schedules of other project Bid Packages.
- Prepare/Negotiate Interim payment certificates for both client and subcontractors
- Developing overall CCS for the project including all Bid Packages.
- Produce overall progress S-curves together with major project disciplines.
- Follow up and co-ordination of subcontractors/other Bid Packages.
- Follow-up and monitor the design, procurement and construction activities progress performance and advise corrective actions.
- Prepare/Negotiate time impact analysis for encountered unforeseen occurrences.
- Update the Detailed Construction Schedule reflecting the progress performance on monthly basis.
- Prepare 90-days Look-ahead Schedules derived from the updated construction schedule.
- Prepare progress reports on Bi-weekly and Monthly basis.
- Prepare the Detailed Level 3 Construction Schedule and WBS, using a detailed network logic diagram with activities duration and resources allocation, in coordination with SIEMENS P.G. Master Schedule.
- Prepare resource histograms.
- Produce progress S-curves for major project disciplines
- Follow up and co-ordination of subcontractors
- Follow up and monitor the design, procurement and construction activities progress performance and advise corrective actions.

- Prepare Master Construction Schedule that covers the whole scopes of work and illustrates the broad strategies for executing the construction works. This identifies the major activities within the various construction disciplines in order to allow subsequent development of more detailed schedules.
- Prepare the Detailed Construction Schedule and WBS, using a detailed network logic diagram with activities duration and resources allocation, derived from the Master Construction Schedule.
- Prepare labor, material, and equipment histograms.
- Prepare material and procurement schedule in full compliance with the Detailed Construction Schedule.
- Follow-up and monitor the construction activities progress performance and advise corrective actions when necessary.
- Update the Detailed Construction Schedule reflecting the progress performance on monthly basis.
- Prepare 90-days Look-ahead Schedules derived from the updated construction schedule.
- Prepare progress reports on weekly and Monthly basis.
- Prepare Tender Schedule that covers the whole scopes of work and shows project phases and the proposed method statement for executing the works within the period as per the contract conditions.
- Prepare resource histograms.
- Produce S-curves estimate for major disciplines.
- Prepare cash flow estimate for the project and predict the finance gap period according to the conditions of payment stated in the contract.
