Keeping Daily, Weekly & Monthly Tracking like daily sales, stock & segment wise & Material group wise sales, Making Target of field force as per the Budget of Pune Branch .SO wise Party wise, Segment wise, Material Group wise TGT v/s Achievement, Sales V/s Stock analyzing, Sales V/s Budget Analyzing, Product Group Analyzing, YTD & GOLY of ASM wise & Branch wise, Handling SCM (Buffer Norms-as per the BRYG) & Monitoring Credit control of Parties, Making Quotation, sending Catalogue to the parties Scheme Achievement Status, Product Group Analyzing, New Launch product sales Update, Weekly Sales Trend status, Performance report, Dealer Card, Factor 25 & 500 etc.
Handling Account & Admin related activity, Petty Cash of 20000*/- Per month.
