الموافقة والتدقيق على أوامر الدفع للشركات الموردة
التدقيق على الرسائل الصادرة والموافقة عليها قبل ارسالها الى المورد
التدقيق والموافقة على الطلبيات الخاصة كما يسمى B2B
عمل التقرير شهرية الى مجلس ادارة الشركة عن المخزون والمبيعات
المتابعة والمراقبة والحث المستمر على بيع قطع الغيار البطيئة الحركة ( slow moving )
عمل التقرير للمناقشة في الاجتماعات السنوية
التدقيق والموافقة على عروض المبيعات
التدقيق والموافقة على حوافز المبعات
تدريس ومتابعة متدربي قطع الغيار حسب متطلبات وزارة القوى العاملة
وغيرها الكثير والكثير
Duties and Responsibilities as Deputy Manger Indenting
Inventory Accounts.
Internal stock audit and analysis.
Data analysis.
Responsible for stock management and stock inventory reporting.
Clearing the order planning.
Clearing all suppliers outgoing mails.
Check and clearing all suppliers payment (CAD, TT, LC ….elc)
Check and clearing all B2B orders
Checking and clearing all stock transfer requests
Checking and clearing all defective parts requests
Conduct interview and for short listed candidates for parts salesman and parts Indenting.
Duties and Responsibilities as Trainer
Responsible for conducting various courses for company employee from basic to advanced levels.
Develop and implement daily and unit lesson plans.
Administer tests and evaluations, and analyze student performance.
Revising course content and syllabus.
Visit students who have completed course and monitor their performance improvements.
Conduct course in National Training
