Control and have full knowledge of all financial movements of the project, and ensuring they
are correctly and accurately reported.
Cash Flow and Revenue/Margin management, ensure all the margin of project follow with the
budget margin, any deviation on the budget margin should be reported in advance.

To provide engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) services for the 50 megawatt
(MWAC) Shams Al Mafraq photovoltaic (PV) power plant using polycrystalline cell modules
for Jordan's largest PV plant.
* Astronergy - Solar Photovoltaic (PV) 18.7 MWac ($9.5m) - Power Plant Project - Turkey
To provide engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) services for the 18.7 megawatt
(MWAC) Astronergy Project photovoltaic (PV) power plant using polycrystalline cell modules
for Turkey PV plant.
* Massader Solar Energy Co. Photovoltaic (PV) 16.5 MWac ( Palestinian Investment
Funds ) ($15m) - Power Plant Project - Palestine
To provide engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) services for the 16.5 megawatt
(MWAC) Massader Project photovoltaic (PV) power plant using polycrystalline cell modules
for Palestine PV plant.
Produce and maintain the Project Control Execution Plan;
Produce the project cost and progress reports for Project Manager and Client;
Support the Project Control and Estimating personnel assigned to project;
Support the development and maintenance of forecasts for cost and scheduling;
Managing all finance and accounting operations for a project.
Coordinating and directing the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts
and report variance plus Identifying and analyzing potential project problems;
Recommend corrective action and follow-up on recommendations;
Promote communication and teamwork within group and project;

* Shams Ma’an Solar Photovoltaic (PV) 52.5 MWac (Nebras Power Qatar / Mitsubishi
Japan) ($130m) - Power Plant Project - Jordan
To provide engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) services for the 52.5 megawatt
(MWAC) Shams Ma'an photovoltaic (PV) power plant using advanced thin film modules for
Jordan's largest PV plant.
Coordinate the planning, implementation and monitoring of project activities, including field
visits, according to the approved project proposal and oversee budget performance in line
with agreed targets, milestones and deadlines in close coordination with the Project Manager.
Oversight, hands-on experience, and thorough knowledge of Cost include budgeting,
planning, and change management, forecasting, and reporting for Cost Management. Cash
Flow management, including monitoring and reporting on A/R status
Managing and implementing the Financial Budget, Forecast, project budgets, analyses
budget variations, process invoices, evaluate project trends, cost forecast and earned value
analysis activities for the Organization.
Developing templates and administrative processes to be used by the group and coordinating
the financial reporting across Divisions as well as preparing consolidation of periodic and
annual reports for senior management.
Manage the interface between Project and Finance plus Contract. Managing change requests and processing variation orders in accordance with the Contract provision, attending weekly commercial meetings with Consultants and Contractors to discuss all issues related with commercial matters and Measuring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of Supervision Consultants on monthly basis
Develop and implement requirements for cost recording, reporting, and analyzing standards, programs, and reports. Preparing / Tracking yearly location / project budget, overhead and forecasting.
Supervision and guidance of all project services staff in the organization to provide the required performance, controls, and business systems to maximize Project efficiency and overall corporate profitability.
Review and input into weekly, monthly reports, project performance, progress, invoicing and cash flow on a monthly basis. Responsible for the financial verification controls and reporting on a project portfolio valued at over US $40M annually.

Develop an initial feasibility budget which identifies the expenditure into elements and will be prepared in sufficient detail to allow the Project Team to develop their design within the overall cost limits.
2012 - 2014. Principle Project Controls / Cost - Bahrain Petroleum EPCM Contract Services (BAPCO). ($20M), Bahrain
Responsible for all of the Cost Engineering requirements on the Project. Develop processes and systems to improve efficiency and quality of Project Control deliverables. Responsible for all elements of Information Management on the Project. Provide Project Progress, Cost Engineering and Schedules Reporting.
2011 - 2013 Principle Project Controls / Cost- General Engineering Services (GES) ($44M). Tatweer Petroleum, Bahrain
Develop and maintain a professional, highly skilled Cost Control team through leadership, resources, technical and system support and training. Provide guidance and support to Cost Controllers in fulfilling their cost control responsibilities. Ensure cost control procedures are complied with to an acceptable and consistent standard. Prepare reports such as project revenue, cost analysis, forecast & physical progress.
2008 - 2010 Lead Cost Controls - Ras Tanura Refinery Expansion (PMC) ($32M), Saudi Aramco
Managing the Project Cost to provide the required performance controls, and business systems to maximize Project efficiency and profitability for the Project .Monitor physical progress, budget & expenditure control. Prepare reports such as project revenue, cost analysis, forecast & physical progress.
2006 - 2009 Lead Cost Controls - EPCM Instrumentation Master Plan (IMP) Phase II (EPMC) ($13M), Saudi Aramco Shell Refinery Company (SASREF)
Implementation of cost systems and invoicing validation. Prepare reports & submit monthly progress valuation for client approval. Evaluate contracts for any change issues that may affect project cost or schedule.
2005 - 2006 Senior Cost Controls - BDEP Package for LPG Recovery Project ($2M), Saudi Aramco Shell Refinery Company (SASREF)
Setting up Project Costing and Progress Measurement Systems. Prepare project revenue, cost analysis, forecast & physical progress & submit monthly progress valuation for client approval.
2005 - 2011 Senior Cost Controls - General Engineering Services (GES). Saudi Aramco
Provide assistance Project Managers in Cost and direct review of all ongoing projects to insure all aspects of project controls are being implemented and Preparing costing for unit rate and lump sum contracts.
2003 - 2005 Senior Project Accountant - General Engineering Services
Coordinating monthly closing schedules and activities and ensuring timely reporting of financial reports. Preparing Financial Reporting, Industrial Report, budgeting and forecasting.
Managing overall operation of the transfer unit, supervising other staff to perform their
operations and managing the unit to be one of the representable units of the bank & verifying
for all incoming and outgoing transfers on the SWIFT, also following up with the clients,
through other branches.
Maintain all internal financial operations of Foreign Investments (Capital-Guaranteed
Investment Units) (CAB Units), in cooperation with BNP PARIBAS (Bank National De Paris-
