-Working alongside product planning & sales teams as well as service contractors and fleet team To ensure arrival of product to market with the right time
-Providing weekly & monthly reports to management using Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Crystal, Oracle and Outlook
-Produce daily shipping reports pulling data from Sage/Crystal and BI to Excel to support the finance department on invoicing
-Monitor, audit and evaluate the effectiveness of application & performance of Warehouse QMS activities to ensure that all employees are complying with the predetermined QMS system requirements.
-Monitor & report on the performance of the warehouse operations to confirm their capabilities to provide the required service according to the KPIs set
•Recommend, design, develop, and apply market research techniques to improve company products to expanding the markets.
•Gather, analyze and present qualitative data to assess the business performance of the company
