- Managing Leadership & Professional Development departments across Saudia Cargo locally and globally reporting to Human Capital Development Director.
- Establish a learning organization to ensure the highest level of proficiency, continues growth and business continuity for both Air Cargo and Ground Handling business units.
- Develop an Executive development programs to upscale the executives’ capabilities and strategic thinking.
- Design the annual training programs corresponding to company strategy and in compliance with necessary operating regulations locally and globally.
- Ensure the presence of qualified and certified trainers/sub-contractors to deliver the required training programs across the year with constant evaluation of delivery performance to enhance where necessary.
- Ensure a proper training facilities and infrastructure to deliver the training programs with proven training methods theoretically, practically and on job training with highest training materials standards that corresponds to the training syllabus.
- Obtain and Maintain an automated Learning Management System that ease the learning execution and maintain training records and history.
- Establish and develop a performance driven culture through a Performance Management System (PMS) measuring employees’ competencies and KPIs linked to individual targets and goals annually.
- Set an annual development plan for company employees corresponding to PMS results and outcome in coordination with line organizations’ heads and SMEs.
- Identify a pool of high potential employees for a comprehensive succession planning programs enrollment targeting critical positions and designed to meet the required competencies of the targeted positions.
- Designed tailored succession planning framework and mechanism that ensures continues supply of internal talent pipeline targeting critical positions with focus on C-suite and Executive levels.
- Participated in upgrading current HCM system (Success Factor - SAP cloud base) including Performance Management System, Succession Planning and Learning Management System to enhance HR operations and services.
- Handle HRIS activities reporting to Organization Development Director.
- Handle the maintenance and the changes in SAP system.
- Monitor, analyse and control specific HR processes and their implementation in SAP system (PA and OM).
- Review and Audit HR Data in SAP system.
- Participated in selecting, moving from SAP system to SAP Success Factor and upgrading current HCM system (Success Factor - SAP cloud base) including Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Performance Management System, Compensation & Benefits, Succession Planning, and Learning Management System to enhance HR operations and services.
- Handle HRIS & Performance activities reporting to HRIS & Performance Manager
- Handle the maintenance and the changes in SAP system.
- Monitor, analyse and control specific HR processes and their implementation in SAP system (PA and OM).
- Review and Audit HR Data in SAP system.
- Participate in implementing the new competency in Performance System.
- Handle distributing and collecting the performance evaluation forms to the management teams.
- Analysing Performance results, preparing and distributing bonuses while complying with company’s polices.
- Conduct screening, shortlisting and selecting employees for all employees’ levels locally and globally reporting to Recruitment Manager.
- Upgrade the tracking system for recruitment activities.
- Participate in the hiring campaign to hire 800 labours and drivers in India, Philippine and Indonesia.
- Handle HR related services & decisions reporting to Personnel Manager.
- Review and process promotions and annual increase for the employees based on their policies (government and contracted employees)
- Handling HR services’ activities including hiring in the system, medical insurance, introductions’ letter, updating bank details and dependents’ details.
- participate in maintaining the system and producing employees reports.
- Process the Centralized Registration related functions for (30 thousand) employees reporting to Centralized Registration Manager.
- Evaluating the training institutes, coordinating the training operations and executing needs & training reports using SAP system.
- Handling HR activities reporting to HR Manager.
- Processing vacations & its payment and air tickets using SAP system.
- Executing all HR employment reports through SAP system.
