Strategic Planning/ Cost Reductions

Project Engineering / Techno commercial Functions

Design Engineering
Experience in Design of Honeywell Automation System, FSC and SM Systems with
Project Execution and Project Management for end to end Projects. System
engineering with explicit skills in Hardware Design and Configuration, Application
Development, System Testing, Performance trails with customer (FAT) and
Deployment of Quality Systems.
Design of Instrument schedules and specification sheets, Control System
Functional & Design Specification, Preparation of P&ID, Instrument Loop
Diagram, Hook-UP Drawings, Construction Scope of Work, Technical evaluation of
Vendor Documents.
HAZOP Study, SIL verification and validation techniques
Sizing of control valves, safety valves, orifice plates, wake frequency calculations
for thermo-wells etc.
Conversant with ASME, IEC, API, ISA codes & other international standards.
Review and approval of key engineering drawings and calculations and bid
summaries, including field and design documents, Applying broad and diversified
knowledge of engineering principles and practices to project engineering
Maintenance Operations
Responsible for overall maintenance and upkeep of Control & Instrumentation as
Section Head in IGFL so as to ensure the continuing process capability.
Planning and implementation of Predictive, Preventive and Breakdown
maintenance. Analyzing the root cause of failure.
Enhance process capabilities by de-bottlenecking of control parameters.
