• Contributing towards team activity in addressing the ongoing needs and issues of the client and exploring the best possible resolutions aimed at client satisfaction.
• Direct reporting to CEO and Director regarding business concerns/operations on daily basis.
• Coordinating events as per the instructions and guidelines from department of inter school coordination and communication at Head office with the branches. Informing and sending documents via emails, mails and telephonic communication on daily basis.
• Supporting School Manager with the successful conduct of all such event, orientations, activities, sporting events and all such extra-curricular activities.
• Supporting and satisfying the student/teacher school based queries related to discipline, academics, culture, sports, hygiene, extra-curricular and co-curricular activities.
