 Recruitment & Manpower Planning: Met end to end manpower needs from interviewing to obtaining work visa of Licensed Aircraft Engineers, Technicians, Quality Engineers, Safety Engineers, Admin & IT Support. Planned the posting and relocation of specialists/technicians from Head Office on short term basis to support the overseas business unit. Hired staff from various nationalities such as Bahrain, Moldova, Philippines, Indians, UK & France.

 Training & Development: Have scheduled and arranged for Aircraft training for Engineers at Birmingham, Singapore, Spain and Brisbane including logistics. The support staff was trained in Office Skills, Negotiating skills, Industrial Terminology & Customer Service.

 Payroll: Have operated on Manual Payroll system (220 staff) using Daily Time Sheets. Once verified an approval was given to the Bank for salary transfers.

 Legal Support: Compensations were adjusted in accordance with local laws, Bahrainisation quota were negotiated with the labor ministries, have drafted employment contracts & training bonds in conjunction with legal advisors from the ministry.

 Vendor Management: Clearing invoices and issuing payments to Payroll vendor, Training Levy and Immigrations, Labor Ministry, Social Insurance, Office Supplies & Utilities, Office and Housing/Transport Rentals, Warehouse supplies &rental.

 Visa Administration: Arrange and monitor issuing, renewing and cancellations of Visit Visas, Business Visas, Dependent Visas and Employment Visas.

 Employee Support: Planned and issued Air travel for postings, de-posting and annual leaves. Arranged suitable housing, office pick-ups, issue Medical leaves and reimburse petty cash payments, monitor and grant staff leaves/en-cashing leaves, Issue NOC letters, opening new Bank Accounts/ and address staff issues related to OT payments/Leaves/training and arranged for desert camps.

 Payroll: As a new office set up all salary payments were made manually by issuing cheque after verifying their daily time sheets. Heavy payments were requested from HO each quarter for release of salaries/OT and Bonuses.

 Business Support: Built relations with Nakheel IT & Nakheel Finance Dept for seeking Mobilization advances, NOCs such as Service license renewal and increasing the Employment visa quotas etc. Arranged renewal of trade license, Issued driving licenses for Singaporean Staff, Issued UAE ID cards, Liaise with RTA, Police and Government Clinics on accidents and treatments.

 Staff Welfare: Arrange staff travel plans, arrange for accommodation & transport, address staff medical issues, accidents at work and on road, OT/leave discrepancies if any/conducted team building and motivational programs.
