Dear Sir,
I am managing a team of 5 in the QS/Contracts Department our main roll is to prepare Major Purchase Order, Subcontracts, Work Order and Addendums & Variation Order to the same. we also manage the Subcontroctors Payments, we are incharge to prepare Application / Invoice to the Clint. We also prepare Monthly Progress Report. Main is coordination between Production, Planning & Cost Control.
