I have completed Three Projects with NASA Construction Company and currently administrating contracts in two Projects; Al Asfour Complex at Shaab & Tower Clinic at Sabah Al Salem.

•Contract Administration by monitoring the Contract conditions and confirming the Contract is executed as per Contract conditions.
•To prepare, negotiate and review various company contracts.
•Reviewing contracts from Clients and negotiating with them.
•Preparing contracts for Subcontractors and Suppliers.
•Reviewing and updating existing contracts.
•Explain terms and conditions to managers and interested parties.
•Analyze potential risks involved with specific contract terms.
•Stay up-to date with legislative changes and coordinate with the legal department as needed.

•Inspecting and accepting the executed civil works including excavation, Raft foundation, erection of columns, beams, walls, roof slab, slab on grade, water proofing works and back filling as per contract documents.
•Inspecting and approving internal roads, manholes, curbs, paving tiles, external utilities, retaining walls, light pole foundations and landscaping
•Supervising casting of concrete and conducting various tests such as compression test on concrete cubes and compaction test on soil.
•Monitor the site activities ensuring the work are carried out in diligent and professional manner.
•Prepare and issue Job Site Instructions, Site Works Instructions and Non Conformance Reports whenever required.
•Tracking the project progress on periodical basis, in co-ordination with the Planning Engineer, to ensure the project is carried out in adherence to the approved Project Schedule.
•Coordinate with the Safety Engineer in monitoring and follow up the implementation of Safety measures.

in the Project 300kv Oil Filled Underground Electrical Cable in Salmiya (contract value KD. 21Million)

•Supervising the construction of under ground cable trough, construction of joint pits, cable pulling, backfilling the trough with lean mix.
•Supervising casting of concrete and conducting various tests such as compression test on concrete cubes and compaction test on soil.
•Drafting with AutoCAD etc
in the Project Sewer Renovation phase IV at Rumaithiya.

•Supervising the excavation, Pipe laying, fixing of Manholes and connection, back filling, conducting compaction test, air test, house connection etc
in various buildings, road, water tanks and Pipe line Projects.

•Over all charge of the construction of Multi storied buildings, construction of Water Tanks, construction of Pumping Wells, laying of Pipe Lines, construction of Roads etc
