Key Deliverable
Project work in instrumentation of polymerisation plant.
Calibration of field instrument like Pressure Gauge, Pressure transmitter, flow treansmitter, control
valve, etc
Installation of panel as per layout of panel drawing, installation of feild instrument as per
hook-up drawing, Installation cable tray, Junction box as per layout.
Work in dryer, chips conveying system which controlled with Allen-bradely PLC
Troubleshooting in meltpump, extruders and cutter which are controlling using PLC & checking of
relay, contactor & wiring & also replacing with another
Work in coal fired furnace with controlling of ID and FD fan using Siemens PLC.
Worked in controlled of ADU, Chiller machine, compressor, AHU, etc.
IP office system, IP phones(Avaya), Emerson on line UPS, Extreme Data switch, EPABX system(matrix)
Attend the running plant tripping.Maitain spare of instrument.
Maitenance work of field instrument using with
different fittings.
