HR Operations


 Formulated and Implement various HR Policy and procedures (Leave, Maternity, Late Coming, Discipline, Recruitment, Payroll, Referral Bonus, Employee Engagement activities etc)
 Implementation of Leave Management and Attendance Management System.
 Implemented IT Enabled practices for the employees for ease of operations through Employee Service Software.

Manpower Planning and Budgeting:

 Partnering with other Group/ Department heads at the Managerial Level to develop and implement the monthly/ annual hiring plan and recruiting strategies to support the organization's business goals for BPO, Logistics & Ecommerce Division.

Talent Acquisition

 Plan for Agent Ramp Up as per Operations Manpower Budgeted vs. Actual Headcount.
 Major responsibility in the Volume hiring for CRE’s / Agent for International processes.
 Closure of all Critical Hires for non agent positions including support functions within the defined SLA at Pan India Level.
 Ensure Quality Hire through innovative and cost effective sources within Timelines.
 Ensure On-Boarding experience to all new entrants on the first day of joining.
 Engage with new hires during Induction and the within the first 90 Days to ensure retention.
 Maintaining recruitment trackers of walk-ins, referral candidates, profiles from vendors and job sites in measuring the traction on every profile.

Employee Relation
 Managing Regular Skip Level Meetings with the employees (Agent and Non Agent Level).
 Implemented Employee Engagement Programs.



Vendor Management

 Identifying and Finalizing Vendors for Bulk Hiring
 Briefing selected vendors about relevant positions and organizing Drives.
 Negotiating on terms and conditions suited for both.
 Ensuring all vendor contracts are signed and in place before commencing work maintain the record of the external sources of recruitment (Consultants), the status of candidates referred by them and payment due to the external source for the services provided.
