As part of the business strategy, I’m currently handling dual roles allocating 60% of my time as Senior Development and Project Manager and 40% of my time as Head of Real Estate Consulting - Technical Due Diligence.


Spearhead the rollout of the Technical Due Diligence service line within UAE, KSA, Oman and Qatar markets in coordination with the team in Germany. Preparation of marketing documents and presentations which are used as the sales pitch for technical due diligence. Development of a standardized scope of work and delivery methodology like a report structure was created that was in compliance with RICS standards.

 Responsible for the complete P&L of the service line not limited to, training, project acquisition, delivery and final closeout.
 Constant engagement with REIT funds and Banking institutions to introduce the service line and be part of the bidding process.
 Supervise the preparation of the proposals and finalize the commercial and completion dates.
 Lead the site visit and preparation of final reports as per the objectives defined in the proposal.
 Closeout of the assignments and issuance of final payments.

Lead large-scale and complex development projects in UAE from Residential & Commerical buildings, commercial-, healthcare- and F&B fit-out & refurbishment projects, ensuring successful delivery within time, budget and quality. Streamline the entire process from inception till closeout comprising design, procurement & construction management. Conduct feasibility studies; define project scope, objectives, key milestones and deliverables, implementing project management methodologies. Lead the team of Architects/Interior designers, MEP Consultants, Project Managers and Contractors to optimize progress for successful project delivery.

 Planning and preparing a timeline schedule for Residential/Commercial developments and amalgamating it into the master schedule, making sure that project managers grant ample support all through the pre/post-contract tender period.
 Spearheading internal/external teams for Residential/Commercial developments to make certain that all provisions are achieved from beginning to end for the advancement of the project.
 Ensuring that the chosen consultants/contractor’s performances are examined by the project managers in accordance with organizational policies and procedures.

Lead medium and large scale fit-out and refurbishment projects for numerous clients using standard project management tools.  Responsible and accountable for planning, overseeing and coordinating the management of multiple projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion.

 Oversee the preparation of RFP (Request for Proposals) and tender documents for the shortlisted contractors and preparation of tender comparison for the final approval based on commercial and technical evaluations.
 Plan and execute Health and safety measures ensuring a safe workplace environment.
 Collaborate with construction managers during the construction administration phase and provide practical solutions to issues that may arise during execution, in terms of design and constructability.
 Present periodic dashboard reports on the current program keeping the stakeholders informed about the project in terms of timeline, cost and risks.
 Oversee the handover process and ensure all requirements as per the Client, Mall Management and Authority requirements are adhered to.
 Preparation of Final closeout report along with the commercial analysis.

Lead a team of 10 Mechanical engineers and 30 staff to cater to Mechanical services for interior fit-out. The team comprised of estimation, design and site engineers.

project as per the client requirement, and assign to the Estimation Engineers to prepare accurate &
cost-effective estimation and ensure timely submission of quotes.
• Heading the Engineering team and responsible from the tendering stage to the final handover of

• Responsible for finalizing the subcontractors to outsource the installation works, analysing the
performance and making sure the on-time completion of the project.
• Responsible for management of the staff recruitment, selection, training/ development as required
for In-House and managing the outsourced contractors and staff.
• Prepare routine project progress reports, with the objective of keeping the management informed
about all issues & progress of projects.
• Interacting with the sales team and the client directly to understand the requirement and provide a
feasible solution based on budget.

• Checking the progress of activities and payment certification with the sub-contractors.
