Working with the leading digital media representation company.
Working responsibilities are to prepared individual and consolidated financial statements of group of companies.
Open and close the accounts on system, ensuring all appropriate authorization have been documented and supplier details provided are correct and complete.
Reconciling key supplier and client accounts and allocating direct debits and credits.
Liaising with other internal departments for client and suppliers to resolve queries or disputes.
Controlling and preparation of debtors & creditors outstanding list and reporting to management.
Processing & booking of expense claims, final settlement of employees and monthly payroll addition & deduction based on approval from HR & line Manager.
Accurate booking of petty cash expenses after proper authorization and supporting documentation, reconciling petty cash, bank accounts on month basis.
Reviewing expenses accounts for the month and passing necessary accrual entries and maintaining accrual and provisions schedules.
Making debit notes for recharges to companies and inter-company based on agreement.
Entering corporate credit cards statement to book expenses done by management
Oversee and follow up on insurance and lease renewals.
Filling accounting records properly which will help in case of retrieval in future. Assisting and participating in Monthly/yearly closing activities.
Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly financial reports. Reconcile complex fixed assets accounts, accounts receivables and payable's ledger, bank reconciliation to carry out internal audit procedures.
Carrying out day to day bank work and co-ordinate with bank RM’s for Loan & STL and other facilities.
Providing documentation evidence during audits or to management in case of queries for expenses
Generate ad-hoc reports for management to review any significant expenditure fluctuation. Maintain relations with bank RM and do other job directly or indirectly relating to finance and accounts, directly or indirectly allocating by the finance manager or finance director.
Administrative support for general day to day office requirements
Working responsibilities are to provide user support for finance module of the software.
Train clients and employees of client in Dubai and across the Middle East.
Providing excellent customer service on a consistent basis which ensures customer value.
