• Responsible for daily production stock distribution planning, physically
transportation of the products to 3PL storage and local customer delivery.
• Training and managing a warehouse & logistics team to of 22 employees to
solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term
performance goals.
• Responsible for reviewing the stocks status and reporting daily to
management.
• Responsible for storage of finished and raw product inside the warehouse
as per FIFO.
• Reviewing the daily stock trend and generating a forecast report for raw
material suppliers for JIT scheduling.

country and manage logistics utilized to transport products to customers
and internal facilities, communicating with drivers, transport company, sea
and air partners to ensure efficient delivery of packages.
• Responsible for dealing daily quality issue and reporting back to concern
team for immediate solution.
• Accountable for daily & weekly production and dispatch planning,
reporting to VP & monitoring the operational KPIs daily.
• Accountable for new product development with Marketing department.
• Responsible for departmental OPEX planning and timely consumption.
• Headed 5 Large Scale RETAIL outlets with a team size of over 21 members along with their performance/ appraisal
management and ensured the adherence with the HSE, ISO 9001, ISO14001, 50001 and OHSAS 18001 policies during
procurement, warehouse and dispatch operation.
• Implement financial analysis methods such as cost volume profit and cost/price models
• Responsible for all local and export purchase activity, documentation in SAP, various approvals of VP.
• Support the role of audit and financial compliance in all operational activities.
• Directly responsible for managing fast moving products availability at all the retails outlets. Analysis of each outlet’s
weekly performance.
• Marketing of new product and assisting the launch of new product and services.
• Maintaining the master SAP data for smooth sales, monitoring CRM to handle the big clients with privilege.
• Responsible for managing pricing and online inventory margin the E-commerce website.
• Sourcing of new supplier to optimize the purchase cost and diversified the business risk.
