Monitored the progress of the ECs through analyzing the master developers’ (MDs) project updates and financial reports. The outcome of the analysis was submitted as a report to the divisional heads summarizing the current direction and focus for the MDs regarding the ECs, the key projects and their current progress; and highlighting any issue that requires attention from ECA side.
Researched best practice organization development trends. The findings were used by department head to draft divisional structure and staffing plans in line with future needs. The final draft was submitted to management.
Worked with various division leads to formulate their project presentations. The final document was presented to the Board of Directors, and used to track year round divisional progress.
Supported division leads to develop a tool for project rolling plan. This tool was used to develop a detailed 24 months plan which helped in tracking the projects’ progress, prioritizing all related tasks, and tackling any upcoming obstacles that may result in delaying the project deliverables. a weekly report was submitted to the management team.
Studied the proposed “value offering” of special trade zones inside the EC’s by analyzing global market offerings. The key learnings were used to recommend product and service mix, along with regulatory refinements, to help fortify the business case.
Benchmarked the EC’s industrial land pricing tariff offering with local and regional zones to create a comparable data table. The resulting analysis was used to recommend enhancement to the MDs industrial pricing strategy.
Supported project lead to develop divisional dashboard tool for the EC’s. The dashboard was a key tool used internally to understand the quarterly on-ground development for the various EC’s.
Worked with vertical leads to complete the division’s annual report. The report highlighted achievements, challenges and future recommendations for various functional tracks. The document was submitted to the Royal Court.
Supported department leads in developing and drafting the travel budget; based on tracking and analyzing the traveling trend of the previous years. The final draft was submitted to the management.
