Organizing work between all agents, checking the rooms & Public Area situation, monitoring daily work of agents & training them. Coordinating with Front Office & Laundry departments for better operations. Making Inventory for amenities & linen stores, improving productivity level by monitoring the cost & setting work standards, setting agents schedules and making breakdown analysis.
Making store requisitions for amenities, linen & towels.
All check-in & out procedures using the Fidelio System. Assist guests for any request. Answering inside & outside calls & transfer them to the adequate person.
I was in charge of the department. Applying different tasks such as: Recruitment interview, orientation for the staff, duty roaster control & days off, final settlements, social security arrangements & uniforms control.
i got scholarship in 6th grade. I was released from the final exams in 7th & 8th grades. I had an honor in the 9th grade official exams.
