• Managing a portfolio of brands including Timberland, North face & Columbia.
• Manage and track Category sales planning and forecasting processes

• Ensure all KPI’s are delivered, Sell-thru, Margin%,
• Provide detailed Brand quarterly reviews.
• Developing a strategy, consistent with the global brands for the region.
• Maintaining and developing successful working relationships with Brand Principles to ensure a mutually beneficial business model. Ensuring consistency of brand image as required.
• Monitoring, managing and analysing KPI’s to achieve store wise, profitability.
• Overseeing direct distribution in different channels for 3 countries - UAE, Bahrain & Kuwait.
• Responsible to orchestrate undertaking of projects such as existing/new store refurbishment, launch/closure of stores.
• Managing and controlling the Store Operations.
• Preparing marketing plans. Managing brand communication through a dedicated PR agency.
• Liaising with mall marketing team and participating in mall-wide activities.
• Managing new season launches, pricing, product & visual merchandising for retail stores,
• Plan and carry out markdowns and in-store promotions at the end of each Season & festive occasions.
• Preparing Budgeting & OTB for Brand.
• Stock management, Inventory control and monitor closely the liquidation plan of ageing stocks.
• Manage and further develop an effective Training and Career enhancement program for all retail staff.
• Manage and ensure high staff motivational levels and all staff related issues.
• • Looking for Fashion Bags & Fashion Accessories category for 14 countries across GCC involving 158 stores.
• Handling brands like Guess, Charlotte Reid, Paris Hilton, Jlo, Ucb.
• Vendor management and new product development.
• Planning marketing campaigns and execution with the marketing team.
• Developing sales forecast by reviewing past sales or trend in the sales figures
• Pricing strategies to understand the price points which need to be bought at subclass levels for the respective category
• Creating merchandise budget by making sales plan which is category wise and store wise
• OTB calculations or planned purchase calculations prepared to avoid over buying or under buying.
• Gross margins analysis to ensure profitability of the company
• Handling Business of Men’s Bottom Wear which contribute 7.85 % of company turnover i.e.(81Cr. of sales /1003Cr. Sales)
• Next season forecasting: colors & trends through forecast.
• Sourcing: fabrics, trims & accessories for sampling.
• Portal entry: Tech packs for vendors with detailed sketches, trims & required information
• Sample development & basic Costing for the same to get a better idea about MRP & margins.
• Line planning: next season, previous season stock.
• Productions follow up: deliveries planning, quality check fit, PP approvals.
• Good knowledge of SAP working- Sales orders, sales & stock reports and other analytical reports
• Analyzing & Actions: costing, sales report, daily merchandise report, commitment monitor.
