• Working closely with Service Delivery directors, Project leads, Account managers to produce presentation based on SQL server support, Oracle DBA support data
• Preparing Quarterly Business Review presentation for various clients
• Collecting business detail and recommendations from client’s service delivery team in order to analyse different types of issues, trends identifying proactive ways to improve the environment, enable product and service positioning
• Primary interface between technical team and business support group using SQL reporting services to obtain service delivery data
• Assisting in requirements gathering and testing of new management reports

• Preparing various SLA reports, Daily, Weekly and Monthly Service Review Reports
• Take ownership of the production and delivery of all aspects of any daily, weekly or monthly reporting that involves a manual data collection or production process
• Working closely with the Customers/Product Lines to identify any discrepancies in the data, put remedial action plans in place to resolve these as well as suggesting improvement opportunities in the report production process
• Conducting the meetings with customers to understand their reporting requirements and designing customized reports in Excel, Word and Power point
• Assisting team as well as the Management with my analytical ability for conducting various Data mining tasks and basic level of automation using Excel Macro. Streamlined various reports by modifying the template designs, re-designing background mechanism and proactive identification of loopholes and removal of inaccuracies
• Generating Reports based on Server support data like Problem and Change issues, SLA details, Backup & Storage data etc. on Daily, Weekly and Monthly basis for the Clients, Ad-hoc report generation as per client’s requirement
• Creating, Analyzing & Maintaining MIS reports through various software tools. Constructing Word, Excel and MS PowerPoint based Reports as per the demands of the sending geo. Improvising them with time once approved by the management
• Focusing on quality and appropriate deliverables
• Handling client’s query along with UK IBM counterparts through telephone and Web Conference
• Presenting periodic dashboards on the server status to clients and top level management
