• Maintain the attendance and leave record on daily basis, maintain the employee’s personal files as well.
• Query and grievances handling of the Employees
• Supervise and manage all day-to-day office administrative activities
• Meet the management authority to taking the approval for new policies as they are very important for any organization.
• Send the Greetings or circular as required
• Monthly updating of the Leave records of all the Employees & following up for the Leave applications with the Employees.
• Interact with all employees so that they feel good and tell you their problem.
• Maintain the data of new joiners and of the employees who are leaving the company
• Administration support data entry for lunch\dinner vouchers and claims related to HR. .
• Coordinating with other branch offices / departments- Tracking of all Couriers/letters.
• Assisting the accounts department by preparing the LPO’s
• Responsible for preparing the Daily Allocation Sheet for site employees and also able to keep the records of workers overtime
• Responsible for preparing the Drivers log sheets and overtime
• Provide Reports as required, and prepare reminder letters in relation to overdue Certificates
• Keep filing up to date
• Assist with the arrangements for organizational training.
Responsible for the personal problems of the students in relation to their college and hostels.
• Counseling and guide the students properly in solving their problems tactfully.
• Documentation of staffs personal detail Wage and salary
• Attendance maintenance
• Wage and salary of hostel supervisors Collecting student database
• Providing training to the students as per company requirements
• Responsible for all Placement activities
• Initiate and Maintain Tie ups with various companies in various courses offered
• Conduct Seminars, Campus Recruitment Programs, Placement get together
• Organize and Conduct Campus Recruitment.
• Visit Corporate Houses for Relationship Building
• Advertising students profiles to various corporate sectors
