Sales Coordinator
• Builds strong & strategic relationships with our existing and prospective customers
• Enters customers contact data into the system and maintains, should contacts change.

• Liaise with Accounts Department & assists with any late or bad debt collections and help resolve credit notes & dispute.

• Coordinates with agents like DHL, FedEx, TNT, TCS, Aramex within UAE and Karapost, Freestyle, AMX, Transimpex Internationally.


• Managing the inflow of shipments into the respective warehouses by identifying the appropriate carriers taking into account the type of good, cost, time, and security.
• Track of all shipment irrespective of mode of shipment and ensuring timely delivery to respective territory.
• Co-ordinate with the freight forwarders to obtain the best pricing, transit time and have necessary approvals in place.
• Works with freight companies to get best service and rates.
• Obtain the necessary documentation as Outbound from Supplier and generate / submission invoices to the customers on timely basis.
• Liaise with freight forwarders / suppliers on any mis-shipments, documentation in order to clear the raised discrepancy.

 To understand customer (Internal/external) requirements.
 Provide excellent service and handle air freight import/export operations.
 To facilitate growth, know and exceed client expectations, continue to improve the efficiency and productivity of operations.
 To liaise with airlines, to procure excellent rates from the airlines.
 Monitor ATA/ETA with airlines/forwarders/dnata and ensure freight has arrived as per schedule.
 To coordinate with the origin station/customer support for any discrepancy on shipping documents.
 Coordinate with clearance team for collection of delivery order from airlines/Dnata.
 Ensure accurate invoicing is done on a timely/daily basis and all supporting documents are attached with the invoices, as per the client requirements
 Ensure KPIS are met and reported on a monthly basis.

DNATA - CARGO PARTNERS

 Identifying new revenue opportunities by achieving an appropriate number of outgoing calls.
 Providing best rates to existing and new customers by negotiating rates with key personal of airlines dealing with Cargo Partners.
 Follow up on identified sales leads and maintaining existing accounts through building relationships with chief decision makers by providing a prompt and professional service.
 Obtaining timely information from the airline regarding rates, airline schedules, capacity and space availability to offer a timely and qualitative solution to the customer.
 Updating customers on daily basis with their shipment status.
 Achieve set targets on outgoing calls and tonnage by supporting and assisting the team and bringing in business for the department.
 Interacting with customers on daily basis to follow up on lost business, service levels and feedback.
 Providing customer service ensuring that all the customers are attended in warm friendly and professional manner.
 Attending to different kinds of customers and ensuring that high standard of customer service is met at all times by providing accurate and reliable information.
 Fully experienced in updating rates, stocks and other handling instructions as a GSA for airlines in Calogi.
 Active member of database team in providing support and assistance to ensure rates are current and up to date.
 Handling all flight enquiries and booking pertaining to carriers under my portfolio (Libyan Arab Airlines and United Airways).
