Sales Coordinator
• Builds strong & strategic relationships with our existing and prospective customers
• Enters customers contact data into the system and maintains, should contacts change.

• Coordinates with agents like DHL, FedEx, TNT, TCS, Aramex within UAE and Karapost, Freestyle, AMX, Transimpex Internationally.
• Managing the inflow of shipments into the respective warehouses by identifying the appropriate carriers taking into account the type of good, cost, time, and security.
• Track of all shipment irrespective of mode of shipment and ensuring timely delivery to respective territory.
• Co-ordinate with the freight forwarders to obtain the best pricing, transit time and have necessary approvals in place.
• Works with freight companies to get best service and rates.
• Obtain the necessary documentation as Outbound from Supplier and generate / submission invoices to the customers on timely basis.
• Liaise with freight forwarders / suppliers on any mis-shipments, documentation in order to clear the raised discrepancy.
