Head Of the Engg Department in IBG (International Business Group) dealing all international business activities in Desalination and waste water treatment, overseeing the Detail Engineering activities. Review Surge analysis calculations, and suggest suitable and viable solution for surge protection.
Oversee the compliance of ISO practices, and follow up of relevant international standards ASTM, DIN BS ANSI ISO etc. by the team.
Provide technical support to project management team for meeting the timeline with proper planning, procurement, Bill of Materials, Installation procedures and conduct vendor meet to speed up supply
Interface review, engineering closure report and review, and conduct pre engineering closure meet.
Conduct process circle meet and train the process engineers and empower them with basics of chemical engineering and process technology.
Conduct training for operating personals with the aim to teach them the process, and instrumentation and controls and operational safety.
