Preparing calculations & selections of different equipment of HVAC systems such as VAV Boxes, Dampers and Sound Attenuators according to the specifications and drawings.
Generating enquiries, selecting the unit as per schedule & technical specification, estimating and quoting for the projects.
Follow up of quotations from commercial and technical point of view and to maintain track record of all the quotations.
Preparing Submittals according to project specifications, negotiating and finalizing the orders.
Independent decision making within the framework of Company’s policies.
Coordinating with contractors, consultants and clients for technical/commercial issues.
Ensuring customer satisfaction through prompt pre-sales and after sales service.
Preparing weekly and monthly sales report and reporting to the Head of the Dept.
Responsible for Sales of HVAC products such as Duct-(GI, MS, SS, AL), Dampers, VAV boxes, Sound Attenuators etc.
Analyzing the market and working out a suitable strategy to increase sales.
Coordinating with other engineering disciplines on all aspects during development of works to ensure the confirmative of the design by issuing precise technical specification for site engineers.
Coordinating with all aspects of the project from the enquiry stage till the material delivery to site.
Responsible for making technical presentations and convincing them that our products meet their requirement.
Responsible for coordinating between customer and production to meet customer requirements.
Follow up with customers for Purchase orders against our offers.
To hand over the fabrication drawings to concerned Fabrication department to commence the job.
To coordinate with Production Team to complete the project within stipulated time frame
