Planning & executing the project engineering cycle comprises of Design, Selection, Procurement, Engineering, and Documentation and Commissioning.
Preparing the Project Gantt Charts / Project Management Plan (PMP).
Managing, monitoring and controlling the assigned project resources to best meet project objectives.
Assisting resources prepare the design document and review (Functional Design Specification, Detailed Design Specification, Unit Test Procedures & Project Drawings).
Ensuring that the proposed solution is of acceptable quality
Hiring and ensuring that the sub-contractors deliver good quality of work and meet preset deadlines.
Assisting in Procurement of project material (Reviewing the proposals for technical feasibility, cost and lead-time)
Identify and manage project risks as per project risk register.
Executing project closure
