- Develop, track and control the development division need like purchasing, staff hiring and operations

- Manage and optimize the infrastructure assets to satisfy company financial targets
- Identifies, compares, selects and implements technology solutions to meet current and future needs
- Lead, mentor and train the team members towards project needs.
- Design and develop Data warehouse architecture algorithms.
- Conducting business study with customer, and compiling complete business discovery report.
- Preparing the data warehousing business requirement specifications and assisting to develop the project plan.
- Preparing Logical Data Modeling (LDM), ETL, Business Intelligence guide, Data Quality, Data Mining, OLAP/Reporting, Data management and Data migration source mapping.
- Analyzing operational data source, and understanding the various data locations.
- Involved in data discovery to identify the Dimensions and Measures
- Developing ETL map guidelines and data extraction rules.
- Advising to build database views, procedures, functions and triggers to help the warehouse performance.
- Preparing data source specification to ETL and Report development team.
- Construction of metadata dictionary and design of logical and physical data ER Model, ETL System design and presentation teams
- Preparing proposals for system assurance and rollouts
- Auditing the growth and other trends of the database also including the performance & fine tuning the adaptive server.
- Involved database capacity planning, database device layout, developing shell scripts and SQL scripts (such as Procedures, Functions and Triggers).
- Designing disaster recovery and replication server.
- Gathering business scope study and develop detailed application development document.
- Write analyze and design document based in requirement scope specifications
- Develop Logical, Physical Data Model and Presenting to teams.
- Implementation of the projects by leading and participating in system assurance and rollouts
