 Estimation of construction of new and/or refurbishment of mechanical works related to infrastructure (both municipality and private sectors) like water distribution pipelines, storm water pipelines, drainage pipelines, irrigation water pipelines, pumping stations, and treatment plants.
 Estimation works includes detailed study of tender documents, shop drawings, as-built drawings, technical specifications, enquiring of material prices, and estimation of resources like manpower, construction equipments, and other direct cost.
 Preparation of related technical submittals like filled technical data sheets, catalogues, exclusions, qualifications.
 Preparation of PowerPoint slides for the management review which includes project scope of works, exclusions, brief summary of estimation cost, construction equipment cost, manpower supply, and risks and mitigations.
 Carrying out site visits.
 Coordinating with Planning Engineer in preparation of Construction Programme.
