Scope of Works and Responsibilities:
o Control and supervise all operations and maintenance activities in the respective area of BHS to ensure system availability according to demand and to ensure smooth operation of the system in safely environment and target of zero accident.
o Preparing maintenance plans based on customer requirement for baggage handling conveyor system.
o Planning and executing maintenance task in Helixorter (Special devices for sortation from Vanderlande).
o Good knowledge of electrical troubleshooting and knowledge in PLC (Basic Level).
o Perform analysis based on MAXIMO data to identify root cause of technical issues to improve service activities and/or efficiency.
o Monitor the spare parts, tools and order as and when required.
o Preparing reports on weekly, monthly and yearly basis upon the system performance and working towards further improvement in system for efficient operation.
o Implemented conveyor modification based on site necessity and proposed ideas which would reduce the cost effectively.
o Conducting quality control check after every maintenance task.
o Ensure that requirement of QHSE department are adhere to all staff and take appropriate precautions during working hours (operation and maintenance).
o Optimum use of resources such as manpower, tool box, communication skills and technology.
o Improvise the response of field personnel's during shift handover time.

o Carried out operation & maintenance activities in Dubai & Abu Dhabi airport BHS.
o Supervising site technicians (Electrical & mechanical) whom are required for smooth flow of BHS without any break downs.
o Carrying out maintenance activities of Crisplant sorter (LS-4000E), in Dubai - Terminal 2.
o Trouble shooting of various operation faults and improved the system to prevent future failures.
o Undergone frequent safety training which is implemented during operation and maintenance task to avoid accidents.
o Record the maintenance activities in MAXIMO software and respond to work order generated from clients based on complaints.

o Carried out Operation and Maintenance of Baggage Handling system in Delhi International Airport.
o Involved in Project modification for redundant line towards make up carousel.
o Preparing the maintenance report and analyzing the operational faults related to maintenance task carried out prior to maintenance and post maintenance.
o Provide training to field technician based on operation requirements and system upgrades.
o Carried out operation & maintenance activity in Crisplant sorter (LS-3000E), a special device used for sortation of baggage, post and parcel in logistics.
o Involved in maintenance activities and supporting for the team to carry out PM task in special equipment’s like high speed diverters and VSU.
