 Implemented an emergency response system that improved customer service by guaranteeing the availability of technicians to answer client calls during nights and weekends and that increased demand for company properties
 Development and implementation of scheduled maintenance programs and lubrication plans, overhauls, outages, inspections, draft tasks, instruction books, procedures, checklists, and emergency response programs
