Managing a fabrication facility of a workforce of 125 employee, (Production unit, Hot dip
galvanizing plant, Procurement, Logistic, etc) supervising, controlling & training for improvement in
manufacturing of Anchor bolts (straight, U, J, L type) & Stud bolts, an on-going problem-solving
role. Responsible for keeping the lines going at optimum levels, maintaining output, quality on all
products and meeting the strict delivery schedules as per customer demand. Liaising with customer
