Project: Capital Market Authority Tower (CMA) King Abdullah Financial District, Riyadh KSA
This Project named CMA Tower is one of the iconic landmarks within King Abdullah Financial District in the city of Riyadh. As a team member of the Project Control Systems (PCS) unit, I was handling various activities; some of the major duties handled during this tenure are as under;
• Providing assistance in preparation of various periodical reports, such as progress and financial reports to be submitted to the Executive Department.
• Providing financial assistance in preparation and processing of Monthly Invoices from Vendors, including verification of respective quantities and unit rates as per approved documents.
• Procurement of materials and managing the departmental cash flow as per the procedures.
• Maintaining the budget records for PCS department for timely response accordingly.
• Analyze contracts, orders and vouchers, and prepares reports to substantiate individual transactions prior to settlement
• Assisting Quantity Surveyors to extract and verify various quantities for monthly payments.
• Assisted in providing necessary inputs for preparing Weekly and Monthly progress reports
