-Assist CFO in the setting of the Corporate strategy and Finance unit Scorecard and monitoring and reporting to the Performance Review Board
- Set up Perforsystem for the monitoring of KPI for Finance unit and its staff
- Abu Dhabi Ports won the "Abu Dhabi Excellence Award for Financial Control” for two consecutive cycles for 2015 and 2017, a project which I planned and execute.

- Adherence and compliance with the company's policies, delegation of authority and governance requirements.
- Responsible of the annual budget setting campaign for 3 years. This includes setting the budget committee, logistic and technical support for the operation heads, setting, assisting and monitoring of budget preparation as per Budget Calendar. Review, challenge and revision of Opex and Capex budget submission and preparation of presentation with CFO for the BOD.
- Supervise, review and issue monthly quarterly and annual reports to the Business Units, CEO, Executive Committee and BOD. Also include ADHOC reporting through a team of 4 Financial Analyst and 17 Accountants
- Supervise the implementation of "Hyperion" for Financial Planning and Budgeting for the Company, which has a diversified portfolio of operations including Ports Operation, Marine Services, Industrial Zone \[KIZAD\] and warehouse leasing which are separately incorporated as Subsidiaries. Liaise with the consultant and IT department in mapping the requirement with system capabilities and in selection of best solution with an assessment of cost and benefit ratio.
- Supervise the Implementation Oracle Business Intelligence-Enterprise Edition \[OBIEE\], the MIS system for the Company, which provides real-time financial information as a dashboard to the Executives of the Company. Link the performance target with dashboard and develop end user specific security matrix.
- Managed “Financial Control” section from 2014 to 2015 as Financial Accounting Manager, responsible for the bookkeeping, monthly closing on time and maintenance of sub-module of Oracle
- Lead and supervise the Statutory Audit. Communicate and provide audit requirements to the auditors to reduce the report issuance time by more than 17 days in 2014 with a further reduction in 2015
• Lead the Financial Accounting team of 11 with reporting to the Director Finance. Responsible for the bookkeeping, financial closing on time and reconciliation of financial records with the GL.
• Arrangement of credit facilities with banks, adherence to loan covenants, submission of bank requirements and repayment and renewal of borrowing as per cash flow requirements
• Preparation and disbursement of payroll of 3, 000 employees
• Suppliers' and Customers' accounts management and reconciliation
• Establish an accounting team of 6 with responsibility for maintenance of GL and financial reporting
• Assist the Finance Head in the arrangement of bank facilities, borrowing and LCs and development of bank relationship of newly formed company in UAE, with Parent Company in Kuwait
• Responsible for Financial Reporting Pack as per the requirements of Parent Company which was listed in Kuwait
• Authorized as bank signatory up to AED 1 million for the Company
• Manage portfolio of 14 clients in the audit firm comprises of real estate, trading, oil & gas, construction and engineering industries. Responsible for audit planning, execution and reporting
• Responsible for client relationship. Assist Partner in billing, collection and communication with clients of my portfolio
• Joined as trainee audit student. Completed 4 years mandatory audit training.
