5 Presenting reports on Cost of goods manufactured, Cost of goods sold, closing stock at monthly closing.
6 Ensuring timely recording of entire receipts and issuance of store items in to the system.
7 Undertaking physical stock count periodically and justifying the reasons of variance, if any.
8 Addressing and solving all issues related to inventory.
9 Aging and Variance Analysis
10 Working with IT department to ensure effective costing system
1 Inventory movement analysis from purchase to sale.
2 Presenting reports for Cost of goods manufactured, Cost of goods sold, closing stock at monthly closing.
3 Cost analysis of inventory items.
4 Physical stock verification of RM, WIP and FG and reconciliation with ERP(Microsoft G.P / Epicor 9)
5 Identifying and solving all issues related to inventory.
6 Reconciliation of Module and GL for all accounts related to inventory, cost of goods manufactured and cost of goods sold.
7 Ensuring accurate valuation of inventory.
8 Working with IT department to ensure effective costing system.

1 Preparing purchase orders and purchase invoices on Navision(ERP).
2 Maintenance of Trade Creditors Accounts.
3 Reconciliation of Accounts Payable.
4 Maintenance of Stock(Jewellery)
5 Shipment of Stock to different sales outlets in UAE.
6 Physical stock verification of sales outlets.
