• Comply against Integrated Management System (IMS), participate in gap session to mitigate gaps against ISO 9001-2008, EMS14001 & OHSAS 18001.
• Lead the implementation of TPM master plan in department by looking after Autonomous maintenance pillar.
• Lead a technical pool of Unionized and Contractual employees on the Production Floor in a successively changing shift cycle of the industry.
• Responsible for the implementation of Lean manufacturing techniques to continuously improve the process. To maintain the integrity and efficiency in daily operation by enforcing compliance with all company policies and quality control standards.
