Troubleshoot and provide maintenance for the Group’s IT network (LAN/WAN), servers, user devices.
Monitor the Group’s network operating system’s connectivity state and performance to ensure operational availability and escalate network issues to designated parties.
Maintenance of Group anti-virus platform for servers and client desktop, conduct test and deployment of Microsoft patches for servers and client.

Preparation of new machine for new staff and upgrade for current staff (Installation and configuration).
Manage & liaise with vendors on operational support and infrastructure projects
Provide assistance to users in resolving routine hardware and software problems
Review security logs for MS Windows servers and network equipment and take corrective actions
Monitor and proactively addressing day-to-day user issues and emergencies

Liaise with vendors on systems related issues
