JOB DESCRIPTIONS IN AHSAN ELAHI & CO’S ARE AS UNDER:
Maintaining of ER/IR Information database.
Assist management in planning, development, implementation and monitoring of HR policies.
Ensure all policies and procedures are in line with local laws.
Assist management in recruiting staff this includes add placement, checking applications forms, short listings, calling and interview scheduling.
To monitor attendance and the leaves related activities of the employees.
Maintain employees Data in System.
Assist management in preparing monthly payroll and salary disbursement.
To make every month’s Consolidated Salary Report.
SECURITY ADMINISTRATION
To take preventive measures from Fire Hazard.
Providing training to fire extinguishing Groups from in house.
Liaison with Fire Brigade & Ambulances.
Close monitoring at the gate.
To keep the record of Gate Passes.
To make Job rotation of security guards.
GENERAL ADMINISTRATION
Monitoring general administration of the company for smooth operations.
Preparing routine letters, reports, memorandums, circulars and other correspondence.
Briefing of compliance issues to staff members and driving the issues to closure.
To follow up on payments of electricity, water supply, telephones and others utilities.
Be flexible by adjusting to evolving rules and regulations and perform other Admin related task as requested by the Directors and HR Manager.
To maintain discipline and cleanliness in factory premises.
Daily factory visit.
To maintain all the data of company vehicles.
To record all the inward & outward mails.
To ensure the proper record of Log book & Insurance, Repair & Maintenance.
Petty Cash handling.
Liaison with Government departments such as :
1. EOBI (EMPLOYEE OLD AGE BENEFIT INSTITUTE)
2. SESSI (SINDH EMPLOYEES SOCIAL SECURITY INSTITUTE)
3. LABOR DIRECTORATE, HEALTH & SAFETY, HYGEINE CARD ACTIVITY.
4. PROPERTY TAX, EXCISE
5. CPLC (CITIZEN POLICE LIAISON COMMITTEE)
PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
Convenient and effective security of factory premises and other properties.
Satisfaction of workforce, visitors and customers from general administrative measures.
Build up of organization prestige. (Administration point of view only)
INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY
To ensure all computers and printers are working properly.
Any other work assigned by Director or HR Manager.
