 Provide HR Director with periodic HR reports.
 Review employee’s evaluations / recommendations along with the concerned function head, and submit recommendations to Management.
 Review and advise on all performance management activities for Company's employees including performance planning and monitoring, end of year performance assessment and performance development
 Maintain and update all employees’ records and files (including personnel forms and files, Leaves, Absences forms and files, compensation data. references) and keep all HR & Administration records and employee files regularly updated and completed, filed and archived properly
 Conduct performance evaluation processes for the Human Resources & Administration Function to cover employee’s objective settings, progress performance meetings and performance appraisal.
 Provide and monitor all activities related to flights and hotels booking and hotel pick-up and other logistics required for business trips
 Handling the Medical Insurance for all the employees of the company, which includes monitoring issuance and distribution of medical cards to all employees.
