 Sell the company’s parts and service programs.  Regular contact is maintained with all major customers, to be aware of all their parts and service needs.  Close contact with customer results in selling them the company’s part and service repair options.  Close contact is maintained with the Parts Manager to be continually aware of our inventory position and new products which may be announced.  Parts technical information and literature is continually reviewed so as to be current in all areas.  Assist in maintaining the Marketing Information System

 Supervises and guides all Senior Technicians and Technicians, for pneumatic, hydraulic and electronic Instruments and control systems.  Collection of Preventive Maintenance data from Maintenance Manuals.  Identifying requirement of manpower and materials for Preventive Maintenance Programs.  Performs and direct preventive maintenance, defined in the preventive maintenance program.  Diagnoses problems or potential problems with the control system -Pneumatic, hydraulic, electronic, and electrical and DCS related.  Performs preventive maintenance on instrument control systems and protective switches.  Requisition maintenance supplies, tools, parts and equipment.  Co-ordinates instrument repair and test work.  Ensures full safety measures before and during all works in accordance with the latest company’s Fire and Safety Regulations and Statutory Electrical Regulations, raise and coordinate PTW( permit to work) and preparation of JSA (job safety analysis).  Inspects repairs, tests the electrical equipment and protection system and makes final running adjustments.

 Prepare electrical, fire alarm systems, telecom & intercom drawings.  Obtain drawing approvals from consultants for execution of work.  Investigate problems and recommend solutions for ongoing projects.  Ensure compliance with safety requirements and standards procedures.  Prepare requests for proposals and evaluate bids for tenders.  Preparation of as built drawings and documentations for the projects.
