Designing and implementing Tawasul Telecom core network based on MPLS to offer L2, L3 VPN solutions to customers.
Managing (troubleshooting, maintenance and upgrading) Tawasul Telecom MPLS Core Network consisting of 10+ POPs
Providing Level3 support to NOC Department and other operations teams with regards to IP/MPLS infrastructure and escalate to vendors the major issues.

Complete setup of new MPLS POPs in UAE, Singapore, Hong Kong
Migrating MPLS Provider Edge (PE) setup from Cisco GSR based platform to Cisco ASR based platform
Upgrading MPLS Provider (P) routers Cisco GSR 12K based platform
Migrating MPLS Provider (P) routers from Cisco GSR 12K based platform to Cisco ASR 9K based platform in UAE and KSA POPs
Successfully migrated Tawasul Telecom's Head Office complete network setup to new location with downtime of less than 1 minute
Successfully migrated Tawasul Telecom's Datacenter setup from in-house hosting to cloud with minimum downtime
Responsible for monitoring networking systems, networking devices.
Configure and troubleshoot CPE routers & switches & liaise with field engineers for service implementations
Providing 2nd level support to customers for MPLS VPN Service.
Troubleshooting on core network devices.
Coordinating different service providers during troubleshooting.
Generate monthly reports on customers services (L2/L3 VPNs) & send to customers/partners
Working on Linux to manage network monitoring systems.
Trained new team members in all technical issues of process.
