1) Ensure efficient coordination and execution of the tendering process and activities in accordance with the company's standards and regulations, as well as track the status of the project deadlines.

2) Manage the tendering process from the pre-qualification stage through the final bid submission, award of contract and end of engagement.

3) Coordinate the preparation and submission of Request for Proposals (RFPs) from concerned divisions and other tender documents that are compliance with the clients requirements and in line with the Company's standards in the ETIMAD portal.

4) Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures. Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings.

1) Reviewing/ Studying Experts' Quantum and Delay Reports, and Advise a way forward.

2) Analyse offers from expert witness services, consultants, and law firms, negotiate and adjust them to the company's frameworks and objectives.

3) Studying and/or analysis of claims related to the company and other issues or concerns involved therein.

4) Preparing of timetable and communicating with the appropriate departments and concerned stakeholders about projects and events related to claims and closed projects.

1) Acting as a point of contact for coordination between design consultants, engineers project representatives, statutory and authority agencies to set up design deliverables requirements for approval and implementation.
2) Support the implementation of design services during construction procedures including; request for information, shop drawing reviews, non-conformance report resolution and design changes during construction.
3) Create project management calendar, progress trackers, project plans, and project schedules for each project’s package for fulfilling each goal and objective.
4) Participate in Tender Technical and financial evaluation and recommendations for each package under the construction management.

1) Supervise the work of the contractors, and provide them with directions and instructions on regularbasis, including oversees the day-to-day construction activities in different project locations.
2) Lead, Monitor, evaluate and provide sufficient technical resources to the team; provide direction, assign tasks and give instructions to staff. Also, specify their individual work plans and evaluate the performance.
3) Reporting, including Activity Progress, quality plan implementation and field updates and needs.
4) Issuance of PO’s on the organization’s ERP system and follow up with logistic department.

1) Prepare the detailed time schedule for the project including activity listing, relationships, contractual milestones and resource allocation to be sent to the client and/or the consultant for approval using Primavera P6.
2) Analyzing completed work and arranging payment to contractors, owner and subcontractors.
3) Preparing bills of quantities, preparing immediate measurement and valuation of any variations / additional works and negotiate it with all related parties.
4) Creating safety plans that include suggested improvements to existing infrastructure, Presenting safety principles to staff in meetings or lecture-type training sessions

1) Assisting the Procurement Manager in overall Procurement activities of the company. As reviewing project’s specifications, BOQ, drawings and other contract documents..etc.
2) Select the qualified bidders, receive quotations as per project specifications, and negotiate the prices and commercial terms with subcontractor/suppliers to the best offer.
3) Prepare the list of subcontracting packages and list of materials as per contract documents.
4) Prepare procurement log as per the contract document in line with the project requirement, issue PO’s as per the approved Material Submittals.
